The Board congratulated Mr. Sergio Espinoza as a 2018 “California Afterschool Inspirational Leadership Award.” Recipient. Mr. Espinoza is being recognized at the state level, for all of his hard work and dedication towards Heber School District's After-school Programs and support of program staff. The award recognizes individuals whose leadership has inspired continuous quality and innovation in the California Expanded Learning field. Mr. Espinoza has been instrumental in securing funding for our ASES programs for many years and he continues to work quietly to improve our programs - it is a well deserved recognition.
