The mission of the HESD Counseling Program is to provide a comprehensive and data-driven program for ALL students that provides them access and equity through their educational experience, maximizing every student's potential. The school counseling program will focus on students' academic and social emotional development that promotes college and career readiness to become successful, productive citizens. Our students will approach their journey to success with integrity and resiliency and will be lifelong learners and problem solvers.
