Public Hearing to Determine Sufficiency of Instructional Materials
Education Code 60119 requires the Board to conduct an annual public hearing to determine the sufficiency of District Textbooks and instructional materials. At the hearing, the Board must determine by resolution whether each District student has or will have before the end of that fiscal year sufficient textbooks and /or instructional materials.
This notice serves to inform the public that Heber Elementary School District will be holding a public hearing on September 10, 2019 at 6:00 p.m. in the Heber School Multipurpose Room to determine sufficiency of instructional materials for students in the District for the 2019-2020 school year.
